About Matthew

Matthew started with Kennebunk Savings in early 2021. He participated in the Bank’s Commercial Credit training program and directly supported the commercial underwriting department. This program exposed him to Bank operations and allowed him to work with the commercial lending, processing, construction and appraisal teams. Having done various work with and for the Kennebunk Branch commercial lending team, he said it was a very natural transition. For Matthew, it’s not just about helping customers that drew him to Kennebunk Savings – it’s also the Banks community giving program. “Having grown up in Southern Maine, I feel honored to be able to give back to the communities that raised me. I look forward to continuing to help those around me through my role at Kennebunk Savings, even when it is just in the little things, as those are often what can make someone’s day.”

I am motivated every day by the fact that I get to work for an organization whose values are driven by a dedication to the community, and I find fulfillment in working to support the needs of our customers.
