Derek loves helping others achieve their financial and business goals. He’s worked hard to build trust with his customers, and they thank him with their loyalty because they know he’ll guide them toward effective solutions. When he began working with Kennebunk Savings in 2017, he knew right away he wanted to work with local businesses. Past job experiences showed him how even one strong business could forge strong community bonds. “I realized the part of my job I enjoyed the most was working with commercial customers,” he explained, so he was happy to find an opportunity that allowed him to work with them on a full-time basis. He appreciates how Kennebunk Savings focuses on both employee and customer needs as a core function.

Now Derek manages and continues to grow commercial relationships on the New Hampshire seacoast, focusing primarily on providing financing options for developing businesses. He’s also been on the Amesbury Little League Board of Directors since 2012.
