KENNEBUNK, ME – Kennebunk Savings is pleased to announce that Peg Stansfield, Human Resources Director, has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Stansfield has managed the bank’s human resources operations since 1994, overseeing the growth of the employee base from 95 to over 350 today.
“The Bank has grown significantly in the last 27 years,” says Bradford C. Paige, the bank’s President and CEO. “And our strong, dedicated employees have facilitated that growth. Peg’s oversight of our Human Resources Department during that time has been a key factor in the Bank being able to recruit, hire and retain the best talent over that time period.”
Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Dennis Byrd adds that Stansfield has done an exemplary job amid the COVID-19 crisis. “Keeping our employees and our customers as safe and secure as possible, staying on top of the latest research and always erring on the side of caution – this pandemic has been a complicated balancing act and Peg made it look easy.”
