We have received reports in our area of fraudsters, pretending to be bank employees, calling customers saying their accounts have been compromised. They ask customers for their Online Banking credentials, full account numbers, passwords, debit card numbers, and CVV numbers. In some cases, they ask customers to download an app to their phones.
We will never ask you for this information or request that you download an app. If you receive one of these calls, please hang up immediately and call our Customer Care Team at 800-339-6573.
