About Milda

Milda was elected as a Director in October 2010 and was subsequently elected Vice Chair of the Board in 2015 and served as Chair of the Board from 2018 to 2021.  She is a founding partner of the law firm Bergen & Parkinson, LLC, and has been practicing law in Maine since 1983. Milda is a member of several professional organizations including the Maine State Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the York County Bar Association and Maine Estate Planning Council.  She resides in Arundel.
