Kennebunk Savings Rides Into Town
Grand Opening Takes Place in Springvale and Sanford

Sanford Springvale - Local officials, business representatives, and Kennebunk Savings Bankers rode through town for ribbon cutting ceremonies on July 10, promoting what Kennebunk Savings calls “the bank of the future”. With the two newest offices now open, Kennebunk Savings has fifteen offices open throughout York County.

Officials ride the trolley through town for the grand opening of the two newest (the 14th & 15 th) Kennebunk Savings Offices.

Joe Hanslip, Chairperson of the Town Council, spoke at the opening, “Kennebunk Savings investment in this community is truly significant. We appreciate the opportunities they are bringing to town.” The new Springvale office at 481 Main Street and the new Sanford downtown office at 883 Main Street are staffed by professionals who are cross-trained and well-versed in all banking and insurance products and able to provide customers with specialized solutions for any situation. These locations feature an open office concept. There is no teller line, but instead there are “pods” available for customer service and transactions. Both offices also feature a “smart” ATM.

Theriault/Landmann Associates, Inc. of Portland were the architects for both of the newly redesigned spaces - the 1,100 square foot Springvale renovation project and the 3,000 square foot downtown Sanford office. Mainland Structures of Gorham was the general contractor for the project. Normand Electric of Sanford was the electrical contractor.
